I think that Luis Revuelta, the building's chief architect, who also designed Colombo's other marquee projects at Bristol Towers and Grovenor House (and is at the helm at Epic at the old Dupont site on the Miami River), outdid himself with Santa Maria. I think that Luis Revuelta, the building’s chief architect, who also designed Colombo’s other marquee projects at Bristol Towers and Grovenor House (and is at the helm at Epic at the old Dupont site on the Miami River), outdid himself with Santa Maria.

It’s hard to believe that the building is already 10 years old. It looks just as fresh today as it did when it was first built.

How about that clubhouse?
