I’ve listed another jewel in the Brickell area. Some say I’m a daredevil for taking another condo listing in this volatile market. What can I say, I live dangerously! Maybe not so dangerously – afterall, I listed and sold the amazing Villa Regina in record time last month.
What’s the secret to selling a Brickell property? Lean in. Closer. Don’t tell anybody else, okay? The secret is to select properties that are special and have a story.
That’s the case with my new Brickell listing in the famed Santa Maria building. Developed by renowned Ugo Colombo, his buildings tend to showcase glass which easily reflect the wonderful backdrop of the Brickell Bay and the glistening sky above. Although modern and sleek, the Santa Maria is enveloped in natural elements including green spaces and tropical pool setting with a cascading waterfall.
Really, the pool area had me “at hello.” It’s spectacular. Talk about living in constant vacation mode. It’s South Florida living personified. This amenity alone makes the listing special enough to represent but the private marina, lighted tennis court, health spa and concierge don’t hurt. And neither does the exceptional location which is within walking distance to the new Mary Brickell Village filled with dining and entertainment options.
The luxurious unit is special in its own right as well. With two bedrooms and an office, a gourmet kitchen, walk-in closets, and his/her master bath, the condo is an amazing value in this building. But it’s most valuable asset? The 550’ terrace with jaw-dropping views of Brickell Bay.
Sure, it’s a tough condo market but it’s tougher to walk away from this perfectly-priced gem in this surreal setting.

Carole,
Is there a better condominium building in all of South Florida?
I think that Luis Revuelta, the building’s chief architect, who also designed Colombo’s other marquee projects at Bristol Towers and Grovenor House (and is at the helm at Epic at the old Dupont site on the Miami River), outdid himself with Santa Maria.
It’s hard to believe that the building is already 10 years old. It looks just as fresh today as it did when it was first built.
How about that clubhouse?

I agree, Adrian. The Santa Maria is the epitome of what a luxury condo should be. The gym is spectacular as well.

I agree with you. Although most people think the Jade is the most exclusive building on Brickell I tend to disagree. The Santa Maria represents the best of whats available in the Brickell Avenue Area.
